1. Services. Altitude Equities, LLC buys residential property and land directly from owners. Submitting a request on this site does not create a contract or an obligation to sell.
2. No Obligation. Any offer we make is free and without obligation. Nothing is binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
- Program. Altitude Equities, LLC sends text messages about your property inquiry: responses to your request, appointment confirmations, reminders and updates about a potential transaction.
- Consent. By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box on our form, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of submitting the form.
- Opt-out. Text "STOP" to any message to cancel. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more messages. To rejoin, sign up again on our form.
- Help. Reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact Ozog@altitude-equities.com or (727) 276-6145.
- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

4. Website Use. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information or attempt to access it without authorization.
5. Intellectual Property. Site content belongs to Altitude Equities, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, Altitude Equities, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
