- Program. Altitude Equities, LLC sends text messages about your property inquiry: responses to your request, appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule updates and important changes related to your property and a potential transaction.

- Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

- Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates and frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See section 4 below.
